This concept is where employment can only be secured with support. The benefits of disabled people in the workforce is imense, such as productivity across the workforce increases, menial tasks can be completed without resistance from the employees and input back into the economy from members of the society contributing who otherwise would not be doing so.
So how does it work?
Matching an employer with one or many disabled individuals and a care package agreed to support the workforce in their duties required by the employer. The carer employee ratio could be a 1:1 or in most cases will be a 1:many. The employment will be on a contract basis with us and from the contract we will cover the wages of both carers and employees.
Typical jobs could be office administration tasks, cleaning and tidying, canteen work, shredding and disposal, etc.
